    • Understand Recruiting and Service Delivery principles and act accordingly • Working against KPI’s (like Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, Time to fill) • Administrative and operational support (like requisition creation & closure, posting publication & withdrawal, interview scheduling, Applicant tracking system maintenance, onboarding • sessions scheduling, back-ground checks) • Effective use of Recruiting Action Plan while applying standard processes and tools • Effective screening & selection • Offer closing skills • Ability to communicate with Partners within and outside HR as well as Managers • Active issue identification, resolution and problem solving • Responsible for necessary administrative tasks associated with this role in collaboration with • other HR teams as necessary • Dealing with enquires (phone, email) related to recruiting process in an efficient and professional manner • Process documentation
